You can pick your own doctor from our directory. Your doctor will plan your care and get to know your health history. They will learn your family's health history, too.

You can apply to enroll at any time. We must process your application by the 15th of the month to begin coverage on the first day of the next month. After the 15th, coverage will be delayed one month.
What about an emergency?
Call 9-1-1 or go to the closest emergency room if you have an emergency. BUT, call your doctor as soon as you can. YourCare Option pays for emergency care and ambulances.
If you don’t know what to do, call your doctor.
Tell the person you speak with what’s happening. Your doctor will tell you what to do at home, have you go to your doctor’s office, or tell you to go to the closest emergency room.
If you are out of the area when you have an emergency:
Go to the closest emergency room and call YourCare Health Plan as soon as you can.
