YourCare Health Plan is monitoring COVID-19 developments on a daily basis. Our corporate Chief Medical Officer (CMO) is working to ensure that we are prepared to assist our members.
As a result of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, YourCare will be closing its enrollment centers in downtown Buffalo and downtown Rochester effective Wednesday, March 18th until further notice.
Anyone who is interested in enrolling in health insurance may call our Facilitated Enrollment line at 1.866.273.6121, and enrollments can be completed right over the phone. Enrollers will be available Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Members who need to make premium payments, request new ID cards, or are seeking any other membership-related information can call the Member Services Department at 1.800.683.3781. Hours: Monday - Thursday, 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. and Friday, 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.

No authorizations will be required for ER, urgent care, office visits, or laboratory testing for COVID-19. There are no changes to our prior authorization process at this time.
EP members will not have co-pays for any testing and/or treatment related to COVID-19.

Please call your healthcare provider if you have symptoms such as fever (greater than 100° Fahrenheit), cough, or shortness of breath, and you have been to country or region within the United States that has experienced an outbreak of COVID-19, or if you have symptoms and have been in contact with a person with a confirmed case of COVID-19. The best forms of prevention include washing your hands often, covering your cough/sneeze with a tissue, and not touching your eyes, nose, or mouth.
